About Savii

Savii is an ICHRA benefits administration company on a mission to make Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangements accessible, accurate, and personal — for employers and the people who work for them. We believe every employee deserves access to quality health coverage, and every employer deserves a partner who makes offering it simple. We are a talented and intentional team building something that matters. We move fast, communicate openly, and hold ourselves to a high standard — because we know the work we do has real impact on real people. If you ' re looking for a place where your contribution is visible, your ideas are welcome, and your growth is supported, we 'd love to meet you.

Position Overview

The Client Success Specialist is one of the most important roles at Savii. You are the person our clients count on — from their very first day of onboarding through the long-term success of their ICHRA benefit program. This is not a handoff role. You own the full client journey. You onboard new employer clients, build deep knowledge of their organization and their people, and stay with them as their primary point of contact for as long as they ' re a Savii client. That continuity is intentional — it' s how we deliver an experience that feels personal, consistent, and trustworthy rather than transactional. You 'll manage a defined book of business, balance the needs of direct employer clients with broker-backed relationships, and bring a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset to everything you do. At Savii, we don 't look for people who identify problems and wait for someone else to solve them — we look for people who see what needs to happen and make it happen. You don 't need to know everything about ICHRA on day one — we 'll teach you. What you do need is a genuine love of people, a commitment to following through, and the drive to do excellent work.

What You'll Do

Client Onboarding

  • Guide new employer clients through the full onboarding process from signed contract to successful launch
  • Communicate proactively and clearly with clients at every stage — so they always know where things stand

Ongoing Client Success

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for your book of business after onboarding is complete
  • Build and maintain deep knowledge of each employer client — their team, their needs, and their goals

Qualifications

Required

  • 1–3 years of experience in a client-facing role — customer service, account management, client success, or similar
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills — you ' re clear, warm, and professional

Preferred

  • Experience in benefits administration, health insurance, or HR services
  • Familiarity with ICHRA, ACA, or employer-sponsored health benefits

What Success Looks Like

In your first 90 days, you ' ve completed onboarding training, taken ownership of your first client accounts, and your clients know your name and trust your follow-through. At six months, your book of business is healthy. Clients are engaged, issues are resolved quickly, and you ' re proactively identifying ways to serve them better. Your teammates describe you as reliable, communicative, and solutions-focused. At nine months and beyond, you ' re a full contributor to the Client Success team. You know your clients deeply, you ' ve contributed ideas that improved our processes, and ' you re helping shape what great looks like at Savii.

Our Commitments to You
